USABILITY AND UX RESEARCH
User experience design (UX) refers to the process of enhancing user satisfaction with a product by improving its usability, accessibility, and enjoyment. By conducting UX research, valuable insights can be gained into the needs and values of product users. Research not only mitigates the risk of making incorrect assumptions but also reveals new avenues for innovation. Intuit has established itself as an expert in conducting UX research. We have performed various types of research at different stages of the product development journey, including concept testing, persona building, user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc. With a strong focus on user-centered design, Intuit's UX research has been instrumental in creating products that meet the needs and expectations of their users.
